KỸ NĂNG LISTENING
1) Identifying the landmarks:
In plan/map labelling task, features already on the map can be used as landmarks to help you find the way.
Look at the table below and find the landmarks in the 2 pictures.
Then, listen to the extracts 2 Listening sections and choose the correct answer.
Listen again and fill in the gaps the phrases that help you to find the correct answers.

2) Following directions:
2.1 Listen and decide which diagram shows the direction described by the speaker
2.2 Study the map below and complete the directions a – e with the number 1 – 5 on the map.
- To get to ______, you need to go along the road from the supermarket.
- Turn right out of the supermarket and take the first right. ____ is at the end of the road.
- Walk over the bridge and just keep going straight along the road and you’ll find ______
- Go left out of the post office and take the first left. _____ is on your right.
- Go over the bridge and make a left turn. Then take the first right. _____ is on the left-hand side of the street

- Đọc bản đồ/ sơ đồ và xem kỹ các landmarks
- Nếu có "you are here" thì đó sẽ mốc mà speaker sẽ bắt đầu mỗi khi mô tả một địa điểm mới
- Hình dung trình tự speaker sẽ giới thiệu bản đồ, hướng đi
- Đọc các option đề bài đưa ra
- Track theo bài và nghe chọn/viết đáp án đúng

1) Understand mechanical parts
Listen to extracts A-F from different talks. Match them to pictures 1-6.
2) Describing an action or process
Listen to the process of wrapping a present and fill in the gaps. Can you identify the verbs used to describe the process
